Returns Policy

  • There is a 75% restocking fee charged against all returned parts. (Due to all our products being at wholesale pricing)(NO EXCEPTIONS) 
  • Contact us to arrange for any returns.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging. (clear tape must be used to package, if part is returned using color tape of any kind return will be rejected)
  • We cannot take back used parts. (once part arrives back to our facility, if we notice part was installed or tried, NO REFUND will be issued)

  • Electrical and Fuel Component parts are not returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
  • Some items may differ from picture online, as they provide a close description of what part resemble.
  • No Returns on Special Order Parts! 
  • No refunds on shipping.
  • Once an order is placed for any VIN specific part, order can not be canceled or refunded. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • All cores must be returned in original Nissan package for credit. No credit will be issued if not in original package. (NO EXCEPTIONS) 

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
  • Once an order is placed for any VIN specific part, order can not be canceled or refunded. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Warranty Policy

  • Parts DO NOT come with warranty unless an Authorized Nissan Dealership confirms defective part. Dealer can contact us at 210-964-3430 for any questions and proof of purchase. 
  • Parts MUST BE installed by an Authorized Nissan Dealership for warranty to apply. 
  • Parts WILL NOT be warrantable if installed outside of an Authorized Nissan Dealership.
  • Part will have a 12 month warranty in the case of failure due to manufacture defect if confirmed by an Authorized Nissan Dealership.
  • If the part purchased is for an Infiniti vehicle, NO warranty is given in the case of a defective part. 
  • We are an Authorized Nissan Dealership and ONLY warranty the defective part if contacted by another Authorized Nissan Dealership.
  • Customer is responsible for returning the defective part in it's original box. No shipping label is provided on our end. After review, if the part is warrantable, a part will be sent out at NO-COST to you.
